Tracye Hamler is a sales expert, women’s enthusiast, retreat specialist, and CEO and Founder of Fearless Women’s retreats, an exclusive event specialty, created with the female entrepreneur in mind. Respected as a Platinum Level Team Leader for Lifestyle Brand, Bedroom Kandi, Tracye combines a passion for women’s empowerment, event coordination, and benefit realization; uncanny to those in her field. Ranked 1st Place Top Sales Nationwide for Bedroom Kandi, Tracye was able to merge her love for event organizing and sales, into an all-out women’s retreat, facilitating a bona-fide comradery amongst her teammates, while also leading over 100 independent consultants with team sales of $250K in 2019, alone. She attests that though she is excited to inspire the everyday working woman to fearlessly live with passion and purpose, her ultimate goal is to create monthly or quarterly refreshers, reinforcing all the tools women gain from her retreats.
Tracye’s mantra is simple: she practices what she preaches by continuing to learn new skills and education, fearlessly taking on new challenges, taking time to self-care while being her own boss.
Having a sincere respect for servant leadership and higher education, Tracye Hamler retired from the Army National Guard with 17 years of experience in Supply Chain Management; owns an AS Degree in Healthcare Administration, and is also the Creator of Nonprofit Free Bleeders, INC; Valuing these ethics and over 5 years in direct sales, as the inspiration behind her dynamic stewardship of Fearless Women’s Retreats, Tracye will continue to empower everyday women while flourishing in her field.
When she is not out touching the lives of female entrepreneurs, Tracye is a celebrated member in her community, family, and with friends.
